Four Shadows Rosé 2020
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFour Shadows Winery sits at the start the Naramata Bench. Wilbert and Joka Borrens sold their grapes for many years, but decided to being their own label a couple of years ago, with consultant winemaker Pascal Madevon. Deeper peach in hue, this is an off-dry pink of pinot noir and merlot. Candied strawberries and cherries, red apple floods the fuller palate, finishing with a nip of spice on the brief finish.
