Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSourced from the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys, this shows lush, spiced black fruits with some underlying herbaceousness. Medium bodied and soft, this ready to enjoy now, preferably with a light chill. If someone is serving it with elk tenderloin, as the winery suggests, I'll happily partake.
