Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaThis deeper-pink hued pinot noir rosé is named for the winery's matriarch, Madame Andrée Bosc. This was fermented and rested briefly in stainless. Off-dry, with candied cranberry, tart raspberry, on a silken palate, with the green edges padded out with the gloss of sugar, finishing with a pasty edge.
