Skaha Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Skaha Bench estate vineyards, this is a dry, driven viognier, led by peach skin, apricot pit, and Bosc pear, and scented with anise, salami, gentle pink florals, and ginger spice. Though this is missing viognier's inherent flamboyance, it certainly carries its alcohol, on the 14% palate.
