Bartier Bros. The Orchard Row 2019
Summerland Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOrchard Row began life as the Bartier family house wine, but after being pressured by friends who no doubt drank copious amounts, the family was convinced to release this wine to the public. The 2019 is a blend of 47/24/24/5/ mix of cabernet franc, gamay noir, pinot noir, and syrah. After ferment in stainless, this spent 14 months in 225L French barrels. Sweet, ripe blackberry, cherry, raspberry, flood the juicy, cushy palate, perfumed with violets and seasoned with black pepper. Tannins are sticky, housing this medium+ red to the peppery finish.
