Sea Star Blanc de Noir Rosé 2020

Southern Gulf Islands, British Columbia, CanadaI can't say enough about this mouthwatering rosé from Pender Island. It is made with pinot noir grapes grown on Clam Bay Farm on Pender Island. The Star of Burgundy, pinot noir, is making a name for itself on Vancouver Island and surrounding islands in the Salish Sea. Gentle handling has yielded a million-dollar, barely any colour robe, and the lightness extends across the wine. You can sip this solo as the sun goes down, or you can serve it with your favourite summer fare. Look for all the keywords: strawberries, cranberries, and cooler rhubarb notes that remain fresh and mouthwatering on the palate. Classy, salty, and bone dry, this is a winner.Tasted: 19 March 2021Tasted by: Prices:
