The minty, gum leaf aromas add to the mystery as you nose the savoury aromatic mix of dried herbs, ripe black currant, and black raspberry. The wine is surprisingly elegant as it glides across the palate, the fruit, tannin, and acidity working as one into a long cedary, minty finish.
