Montes Alpha Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Region del Valle Central, ChileA retaste seven months down the road reveals much hasn’t changed with this 90/10 cabernet sauvignon/merlot. To offset the chocolate and oak, it mixes blue and black fruits with a healthy, savoury boldo dose. Unfortunately, the tannins are now awkward, with some drier pointy notes in the finish.
