Sud de France, FranceNaturae is a range of wines with no added sulphites or additives. These organic grapes were native fermented cool to preserve some freshness of fruit. Yellow apple, sour lemon, melon glides along the creamy palate, with a finish lit by some ginger spices. Unfortunately, this bottle is affected with mouse taint, which is hard to get past.
