Sud de France, FranceThe Naturae lineup is made sulphide-free, is certified organic and vegan and is bottled relatively early to preserve full aromatics and acidity. The colour is yellowish, the nose a yeasty mix of apples and citrus that is not as clean as previous versions. The palate is creamy with a touch of brown spice.
