Beamsville Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom their Beamsville Bench estate's Locust Lane and Felseck vineyards, this blend of 70/30 chard / pn was fermented in French oak, before heading to bottle and 73 months on lees. This was disgorged in September 2019 with no dosage. Deeper gold in hue, with evident evolution on the palate and very gentle mousse, this is filled with brioche, nougat, hazelnuts, lemon pith on a lengthy palate.
