Adelaide Hills, Mount Lofty Ranges, Adelaide, South Australia, AustraliaFrom the cooler Adelaide Hills, this was fermented in a mix of stainless, French oak barriques, and hogsheads, with partial MLF. Lovely balance achieved here between fruit, acidity, and wood, creating a seamless whole. Perfumed lemon cream, verbena, cashew rides a gently creamy, finely structured palate, brightened with a squeeze of grapefruit, and seasoned with subtle wood spicing.
