Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis new release pinot noir pét-nat comes from Mimi's Block, planted 2009 on their McIntyre Bluff organic farm. After a native ferment in stainless, this went into bottle while fermenting, capturing the fizz. Light strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb rule the brisk palate, with a bump of RS countering the zingy acidity, before a sour cherry finish.
