Lodi, Central Valley, California, United StatesI want to like this wine for its exuberance and natural zinfandel fruit, but the sweetness is tough to take. Pruny and super ripe, with a mocha chocolate note that finishes soft and fat and lifted, in a way reminiscent of fortified wine.
