Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate 1977 planting of clone 21B Riesling, this biodynamic riesling was native fermented in stainless, arrested with chilling when the desired sugar / acid level was achieved. This year was at 31 g/L RS, with 6.3 TA and 10.3%. A massive infusion of white pepper leads into a sweeter palate of pear, red apple, and a kiss of lime blossom.
