Summerhill Pyramid Winery Estate Grown Riesling Demeter Certified Biodynamic 2019
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom the estate plantings of clone 21B, over 40 years old, this biodynamic riesling is native fermented in stainless steel before being super cooling halts the ferment leaving it an off-dry offering of significant merit. In 2018 the numbers were 31 g/L RS, with 6.3 TA, and 10.3% alcohol. It's pretty delicious right out of the gate and similar to last year with a slightly greener streak of sweet pear and juicy ripe red apple. The finish is clean and fresh, and amazingly youthful.
