Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their estate 1977 planting of clone 21B Riesling, this biodynamic riesling was native fermented in stainless, arrested with chilling when the desired sugar / acid level was achieved. This year was held to 43 g/L RS, 8.7 TA, and 10.8%. There's a lovely balance here between sweet pear, white pepper, and green apple, with a lime pith tension drawing this along the off-dry palate.
