Tightrope Winery Pinot Gris 2019

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe grapes are all Naramata Bench, sourced from the Tightrope vineyard and the vineyards owned by the Madsen, Riccio, and Rubis families. The winemaking is simple: it is all whole-cluster pressed, cold settled for three days, racked off the solids, and cool-fermented at 14°C in stainless steel for about 30 days. The result is easy-sipping pear and apricot, with a bump of residual sugar to attract a vast crowd of wine drinkers. Serve well chilled and with spicy appetizers.Tasted: 21 September 2020Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
