Bairrada, Northern Portugal, PortugalThis traditional method fizz is a blend of Bical, Cerceal, and Maria Gomes, vinified in stainless before a few months on lees after 2nd ferment. It is bottled with no dosage. Tight, zippy, and lean, this streaks across the slight 10.5% palate with light melon, lemon, meadow flowers, all riveted with marine freshness.
