Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ItalyThis salmon/peach hued rosado comes from merlot from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, at the foothills of the Alps. This was stainless fermented and aged for 3 months with regular bâtonnage. Quite silken and glycerin, in that Provençal model, with strawberries and rosehip gliding along the palate to a snappy, subtly spiced finish.
