Synchromesh Ancestral Method Riesling 2019
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada50 cases were made of this, with 25 cases disgorged in August 2020, and the rest to remain on lees for a future disgorge. This Riesling comes from the home Storm Haven Vineyard, and a north facing site. Lovely fresh apricot skin, green apple, bright and shining, with tight streaming buzz of acidity skipping this along the palate. A tip of sugar balances it out perfectly, as is Alan's signature.
