Les Ligeriens Rosé d`Anjou 2019
Anjou, Loire, FranceLes Ligeriens is a D’Anjou rosé from the southwestern part of the Maine-et-Loire, bordering Saumur. The vineyards sit on low-lying slopes over solid schist. Pink with some red highlights sets the colour of this off-dry sipping rosé. Strawberries and ripe watermelon dusted with cotton candy and caramel fill the palate, and the colder we served it, the better we enjoyed it. We suggest you consider spicy dishes such as poke tuna bowls, or Szechuan noodle dishes.
