Coonawarra, South Australia, AustraliaThis is just barely recognizable as Coonawarra cabernet, with an oak-driven nose that obscures the dusty black fruits and eucalyptus. True to form, it's medium-bodied and linear in texture, but with extremely assertive, bitter tannins that dry out the warm finish.
