Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Okanagan Falls estate, this comes from Liquidity’s 1994 planting of own rooted clone 115, along with clones 667, 828, 777 and 114, each fermented separately. After two weeks of skin contact, this was pressed to French barrels (25% new) for 15 months' aging. Forest berries, black cherries, dusky spice glides along a smooth palate, framed with slight, grippy, cedary tannins.
