Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe viognier is sourced from two long time growers in Osoyoos, at Sitrus Hill, and Star Vineyards. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed. It is fermented cold for 17 days, leaving a fragrant nose with light floral aromatics. The attack is fresh and skinny with pink grapefruit and orange peel flecked with peach and honeysuckle. The style is crisp and much cleaner than the norm for this variety in the New World, known for being blousy.
