It is not bone dry, but residual sugar is no longer the focus of this summer sipper. It makes the wine much more enjoyable with bites and as a straight summer afternoon sipper. A little less aromatic, a little more mineral combines with a tighter, juicier style with pears, citrus, and yellow apples, with a savoury undercut.
