Township 7 Pinot Gris Provenance Series 2019

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA smoke-free year brought bright sunlight with vines in good condition, progressing according to schedule. Overall, 2019 was a moderately cool vintage with white wines showing juicy and vibrant fruit, crisp acidity, and moderate alcohol levels. The gris is stainless steel fermented to retain fresh orchard fruit characters, mixing the flavours of Township 7 Estate (Naramata Bench) and Hidden Terrace (Oliver) grapes. Just a hint of sweetness gives this broad appeal and makes it fun to sip in the sunshine. It would also be excellent with lightly spicy sushi rolls.
