Shot in the Dark Cabernet Shiraz 2018

South Eastern Australia, AustraliaA classic Australian blend of cabernet sauvignon and shiraz, this is heavy on smoky, confected oak, alongside jammy blue and black fruits that aren't overly distinct. The tannins are a bit firm, as you’d expect from cabernet, but the acidity is quite soft, leading to a sweet finish that verges on cloying.
