Tupungato, Valle de Uco, Tunuyán, Central Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaThis is somewhat of an outlier in this flight: slightly lifted, it has tart black fruits with dried herbs and cedar. It’s a more savoury style, giving this added complexity while sacrificing some purity. The palate is fairly dilute, making the powdery, rustic tannins stick out even more.
