Awatere Valley, Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThis Sauvignon Blanc comes from growers in Marlborough’s Awatere, Waihopai, Wairau, and Brancott Valleys. The fruit was lightly pressed with minimal skin contact and fermented in stainless steel vats at low temperature allow the powerful fruit flavours to dominate. Pure and direct, with passionfruit, guava, pink grapefruit riding a juicy palate to a snappy, fresh, saline finish. Beautifully balanced and fresh, this is a fantastic example of where Marlborough Savvy should be.
