Lake Country, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLove how bright and nutty this wine can be, with a creamy, complex texture, and sharp lemon, nuts, and citrus. It is hard to believe it has been through malolactic fermentation, given the bite of acidity throughout. Cool-climate chardonnay at its best. Look for a spicy, leesy, apple butter nose to spill across the palate. More pear, creamy citrus, butter notes line the palate. Young and fresh, but this is going to age well through 2025.
