Culmina Family Estate Decora Riesling 2018
Golden Mile Bench, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaIt feels like a calmness has descended upon Culimna, at least inside the winery, as time and vintages pass, and this riesling is a good example of the maturation of all. From the high- altitude Margaret's Bench (595 metres), this fruity, intense, juicy white comes wrapped in lemon, pink grapefruit, pear, lime, over a creamy lees underbody. Just off-dry, but it is barely noticeable given the bright acidity. Any food or occasion works here.
