Confidence seems to be spreading among Okanagan winemakers who are eschewing noticeable residual sugar for something more interesting in their gulpable whites. The mix is a lot less aromatic at 64/24/6/6 pinot gris, viognier, sauvignon blanc and semillon/gewürztraminer/riesling.
