Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis year's Rosé is a certified organic blend of merlot, cabernet franc, syrah, from the estate Coyote Block Vineyard, planted in 2007. After a 12-hour cold soak on skins, the varieties were cofermented and aged on lees for four months in stainless tanks. Deeper peach in hue, this off-dry rosé is plumped on the palate with strawberry, raspberry yogurt, and perfumed peach to a snappy, warming finish.
