Yalumba Organic Viognier 2017

South Australia, AustraliaThis organic viognier comes from the Babich family property, tucked up along the Murray River in Loxton, as well as the Bassham's family vineyard in Barmera. Winemaker Heather Fraser does little to this wine, allowing it to ferment naturally in stainless steel, where it remains until bottling. Clean and bright with light orange blossom, pear, honeydew, and subtle jasmine spicing, finishing snappy and brisk.
