Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDespite September rains, the winery was able to manage the fruit and bring it in the clean enough to perform a bit of skin contact on this viognier. A mixture of wild and selected yeasts was used to bring up the aromatics. It presents dry with some leesy, nectarine skin, apricot, and orange. Dry, firm, and fresh (there was no malolactic fermentation), it is made for food.
