Thompson Valley, British Columbia, CanadaExpect a vibrant, wild, tart, red wine laced with chocolate, black fruit and blousy oak. Foch freaks rejoice. Serve with lamb or turkey. This wine is made with twenty-five-year-old vines from Hugh & Mary Vineyard and premium growers in the Thompson Valley. It was picked at the end of October. It s crushed and cold and destemmed and then left to cold soak over several days.
