Chinon, Touraine, Loire, FranceDomaine de Pallus is a Loire Valley winery founded in 1889 and one owned by the same family for more than 130 years. It is currently run by Bertrand Sourdais, who returned to his native Chinon after working a decade in the famed Spanish winery Dominio de Atuata in Riberio del Duero. He works his vineyards biodynamically to complement his respect for nature. It is hard not to gulp this floral, citrusy rosé flecked with lemon-lime, mandarins, and strawberries.
