Weinland Österreich, AustriaThe Dogma Rosé is an equal blend of blaufrankisch and st. laurent, from sandy, loamy, chalky soils. The wine spends ten months in stainless before bottling unfined and unfiltered. This pours a cloudy / opaque peach hue, with pink grapefruit, tangerine pith, tart cranberry, rhubarb, and red currant. Acidity is high, and it's rinsed with an astringent raspberry vinegar on the finish.
