Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe viognier aromas here are always on the sweet, candied tangerine side. The attack is similar, with a touch of soapy/green fruit to keep it lively on the palate, off-dry with litchi and orchard fruits with a splash of ginger. The winery suggests spicy Thai dishes, no doubt to offset the sugar and balance the palate.
