Western Cape, South AfricaFrom two regions in the Western Cape: ocean-facing Helderberg vineyards in Stellenbosch, and the limestone laced vineyards of Robertson. After partial native ferment in stainless, this remained in inox on lees for 5 months with occasional battonage. Creamy pear, yellow apple, light kisses of perfumed white florals atop a lightly toasty, slightly plump palate. Finishes with a sprinkling of spices.
