Fleurie, Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceFleurie is generally about elegance and refinement, especially in top vintages. The Duboeuf version immediately charms with its fresh floral, black cherry fruit and spice that is wholly refined by a mineral undercurrent and balance that runs through the finish. Silky, satiny, and delicious drinking now through 2023. Beer can chicken may not be as elegant as this wine, but the match is perfect.
