Drouhin Vaudon Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons 2017
Chablis, Burgundy, FranceDrouhin has been around since the 1880s doing business as a négociant before planting their vineyards in the early 1960s. From the south-facing slopes of the left bank, this 1er cru Vaillons presents linearly with green apple, pear, and citrus pith dusted in chalk. A stainless steel ferment lends a further steely, cool, demeanour balanced by creamy, nutty lees in the finish. Classic Chablis built to age.
