Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaDames Brut is a floral, leesy mix of 70/30 pinot blanc and riesling, biodynamically farmed and certified organic from Ann Sperling's family vineyard in Kelowna. The attack is fresh and pleasant with light green apple, citrus, limey notes and a clean, mature aftertaste. An attractive lightweight bubbly more like prosecco than champagne, and it is ready to drink.
