Chablis, Burgundy, FranceFresh lemon, floral, mineral overtones greet the palate, along with green apple, a touch of butter and lees. There is less finesse here than in the crus, as expected, but all in all, it’s an elegant dinner wine with the right length for a standard Chablis.
