The mineral-rich moraine soils are perfectly suited to the riesling grape. The attack is dry with tart citrus acidity dominating the palate and finish. It is a sophisticated riesling with modest fruit character that is suited to the highly mineral, wet stone finish. No rush to drink this, in fact, time is on your side.
