Arbois, Jura, FrancePouring a lovely salmon hue, this poulsard rose comes from 40+ year old vines in clay and gravels, and was native fermented and rested in stainless. Subtle crushed florals, wild raspberry, spring rhubarb, and heaps of salty minerality flow throughout this bone dry, slender, savoury pink. An alluring peppercorn/sea salt lingers on the finish.
