From clay and pink granite, this albariño spent 30 days macerating in stainless before ferment and a brief stint on lees. Ripe pear, scented peach, gooseberry and potent grapefruit fill a plump, stone-bedded, medium bodied palate. There's a griff of peach fuzz adding texture and interest, finishing with an anise kiss.
