Perdriel District, Luján de Cuyo, Northern Region, Mendoza, ArgentinaFrom Renacer's low-lying estate vineyard in Perdriel, Mendoza, this potent, dense cab sauv spent 8 months in French oak before bottling unfiltered. Perfumed and floral blueberries, blackberry and cassis is lined with graphite and housed by firm, wood-bracketed tannins, trailing off with tobacco and perfumed violets. Quite impactful and well put together, this young, medium+ (13.5 degree) wine is drinking well now and will continue with short term cellaring. Drink now with grilled beef or lamb.
