Sicily, ItalyPlaneta has 6 different vineyards, across 6 different terroirs, on Sicily. This chardonnay, from the Menfi region, was fermented and aged in barriques, on lees, with battonage. Perfumed lemon, baked yellow apples, thick cream and white florals coat this fuller-bodied chardy, ripe and rich with Mediterranean sunshine and reflective of ample wood action.
